So, anyway, me and a couple of friends decided to get all dolled up and costumed out and go to the midnight premier of it. There were five of us; three people dressed as Katniss, one person dressed as Effie, and, of course, me, dressed as Foxface (oh, the joy of being the only red-head of your friends!)

The five of us all went to one of our houses and got dressed. I put my outfit on, then helped our Effie with her hair and makeup. I spent the whole time making her look demented (yet awesome), so she had to rush to curl my hair. We all ended up looking great in the end!
We hopped in the car and hurried to the theater, arriving around 10:45. We found enough seats together (luckily) and waited excitedly until the much anticipated 12:01 AM rolled around.
The movie? I loved it. In fact, it may be my new favorite movie.
Was it like the book? Eh....... not really. I'm going to put it like this:
Me and one of the Katniss triplets were sitting next to each other for the movie. Katniss triplet #2 decided to get an extra popcorn so she didn't have to get up in the middle of the movie to get more. Me and Katniss #1 shared it, but she couldn't have any because of her braces. I decided not to eat any, either, so I came up with an idea and she joined in; every time they messed up the book, we would each throw one, and only one, piece of popcorn on the ground angrily. (By messed up, I mean a part where they forgot to do something or added a part). We did this throughout the entire movie, and by the end, we were out of popcorn. Not kidding! :)
We all had the time of our lives. And I hope that we can do this all again in 609-days (as of today) when Lionsgate ruins Catching Fire!
